By accessing, subscribing to, or using the AgCodes & Info Lookup platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not access or use the Service.
2. Service Availability & Limitation of Liability
We strive to maintain continuous uptime and reliable access to diagnostic codes and equipment manuals. However, the Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.
- No Guarantee of Uptime: We do not guarantee uninterrupted, timely, or error-free operation of the platform. Scheduled maintenance, server upgrades, or unexpected outages may occur.
- No Liability for Downtime or Financial Loss: Under no circumstances shall the platform, its owners, operators, or affiliates be liable for any loss of income, revenue, business interruption, equipment downtime, lost profits, or consequential damages resulting from system downtime or inability to access the platform.
3. Technical Information Disclaimer & Discretion
All diagnostic fault codes, quick fixes, equipment specifications, and manual references are compiled to the best of our knowledge. However:
- Use Professional Discretion: All technical data and diagnostic recommendations must be used with professional discretion, technical competence, and sound judgment.
- Verification Required: You agree to verify all fault code interpretations and repair procedures against official manufacturer guidelines and safety standards before performing repairs or operating machinery.
- No Guarantee of Accuracy: We disclaim any liability for errors, omissions, inaccurate code interpretations, or damage to equipment or property arising from reliance on information supplied through the Service.
4. Subscriptions, Auto-Renewal & Cancellation
Access to diagnostic codes and manuals requires an active paid subscription (Full Access Pass or Per-Brand Access).
- Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions set to auto-renew will automatically bill your saved payment method 5 days prior to expiration. The new period will extend your full paid subscription term without loss of remaining days.
- Cancellation: You may cancel auto-renewal or cancel your subscription at any time via your Account Subscriptions settings page. Canceling turns off auto-renewal and revokes brand access.
- Refund Policy: Subscription payments are processed via Square and are non-refundable once activated, except as required by applicable law.
5. Acceptable Use & Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree not to:
- Share account credentials or subscription access with unauthorized third parties.
- Use automated scripts, bots, web scrapers, or extraction tools to harvest diagnostic database content.
- Engage in activity that interferes with or disrupts platform security or server stability.
6. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the platform following updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
